My New Foot Spa.

Recently I decided to buy my very own foot spa and I am so happy I did! I have been suffering with Archsyndrome on my left foot which has been extremely painful, and it was recommended that I buy a foot spa to try and loosen some of the muscles. I have always had problems with my feet from a very young age from ballet dancing and very high insteps, but I have never experienced pain like I have had for the past week! I was told that there was nothing I could do other than rest it, but this foot spa seems to do the trick, which was great as I didn’t have to have time off work! Check it out below..

I bought it from Argos for £24.99, which was one of the cheapest they had. I didn’t want to spend too much money, just in case it wasnt for me and if I wasn’t a big fan of it tickling away at my feet! It is something I would never have thought about buying, due to having very senstive feet but I was completely wrong and it doesn’t really tickle at all! This particular version isn’t a very well known brand but it definitely relaxes and softens your feet perfectly, what more do you want from a foot spa?! I used it day and night for 2 days and my archsyndrome seemed to disappear, it must have worked well in loosing my muscles. I am so happy I have finally found a product that can help with my feet!

I must admit, it did take a little bit of getting used too. Simply all you do is fill the spa with warm water and place your feet inside. On the bottom of the spa there are little, let’s say bobbles, that work in massaging your feet. You can either just rest your feet inside to be massaged by the many bubbles, or you can move your feet up and down the bumps and ridges in the bottom for a more fulfilling massage. I didn’t like it at first and kept my fetpet still, but you soon get used to the feeling! I usually leave my feet in for about 20 minutes and they come out feeling super smooth and completely relaxed.

If you have problems with your feet, even if they just ache after a long day on your feet at work, I 100% recommend getting yourself a foot spa. I really don’t know why I haven’t thought about getting one before! I have problems with my left foot anyway after an injury when I was younger where I snapped a ligament, so after a long day on my feet, I am always in a lot of pain and my new spa seems to work wonders! If you have bad feet, go out and get yourself one now! I promise you will not be disappointed, no matter if you buy a cheap one or a fancy expensive one.

I hope this has been some help to people who suffer with there feet.
Bye for now,
Emily Jane
